If you are looking to succeed in business, within the popular affiliate and networking businesses found online. You need to practice team work within your chosen field of expertise. You need to also teach this to your down-line, (up-line if necessary) Lets face it, they will gladly listen if they want success too. Team work is a necessity, you will find it impossible to generate the traffic needed if its your work alone.

Team players can have a very positive effect on your business. As a team you can combine all your teams efforts to the good of the whole. You might not feel that working in a team is not the best course of action for you, but once you have read this hub you might want to test it out for your self.

I will be introducing you to the wide verity of social networking sites, and book-marking sites that are available, Also I will be explaining how you can use theses sites to your businesses advantage. Once you are armed with this information you will be able to take your business to the next level.

How Do you go about, getting a team together, that are willing to work together for the better of everybody? I can hear you all saying, I don't know anybody. I would recommend that you join, one to networking communities, that I have listed on this page. You will soon find people asking to be invited to your friends and contacts list. These people are also looking for people to network with. Once you have made contact with these people, by introducing yourself and letting them a little bit about your background within business. You can then offer them the opportunity to partner with your inner joint-venture of promoting each of your relevant businesses.

Many methods that you can use to keep in contact with each other, I personally use either Skype or Messenger, once you have established a commonplace to notify each other about the advertising that you are doing, you then need to let each other know that you have posted either to a social networking site forum or blog. Then, your team members, can visit the relevant post and make a comment on it, either recommending you all the product that you are promoting.

In turn they will be making their own posts to social networking forums and blogs. They will ask you to visit their relevant advertising, and make a comment or recommendation also. You can see that working as a team. Not only has your post been picked up within the search engines. But also the fact that there has been instant traffic to your particular advertised in its the search engines will be interested and will boost the ranking of that particular post within the search engines. The higher that you go within the search engine, the more likelihood you are going to get traffic to your site via keyword searches within the search engines.

If you are doing this with a group of say 10 people, that would seem that you would have 10 instant visitors to your post. Using this method along with other methods of boosting your business, for instance, blasting the search engines, e-mailing everybody did you know, in the social networking sites, and also using bookmarking sites, I will talk about that. More later..... you will soon have the desired traffic to your site that you have always wished for.

Don't forget, these contacts networking friends that you use do not necessarily have to be in your primary businesses, but you might find that some of them will actually join some of your businesses because of the fact that they've been brought awareness of that particular business. via this networking method. Please don't feel that there are any limitations to this,, if you work with a team of members from other affiliate business for instance your upline / downline. This will have the greatest effect; let me explain. Even if the people posting comments about your particular advertising and feel that they'd like to put their own links in as well. This will not harm you can do is prove that there is a growing force of people that are interested in your business. Many of the businesses we are involved in are matrix, and if you are all promoting the top link in that matrix it means that there will be spillover for everybody. You could of course, add all of your URLs for one particular business into a rotator, that way everybody will get a fair crack of the whip at getting some new downline Into Their business.

Hi Dee,Great post!I would take it one step further and like to create a big group of say minimum 100 people that would support eachother by Digging eachothers websites and articles.Also this group could generate money for nothing, there are sites out there there do promotions where they pay $1.00 for every free signup, by joining as a group we could generate min. $100 which again could be used for other promotions etc.My 5 cents worth,Henrik
